Hi All,
I will be trying to take a more active role in stimulating and
facilitating conversation on the Art With Brain in Mind List from now
on. The topic is a fertile one, and I hope that with a little
prompting we can get revitalize activity here.
This is a multidisciplinary list that includes artists,
neuroscientists, psychologists, computer scientists, anthropologists,
and philosophers, so it is important that the conversations stay broad
enough for this general audience if they are to thrive.
Hopefully this will be a productive and enjoyable forum for sharing
findings and ideas about the intersection of the arts and the study of
mind. We wish to leave the circumscriptions around potential topics as
loosely defined as possible so as not to limit whatever may naturally
evolve.
