Dance improvisation and Memory
The topic of my research is the relation between improvisation of
dance movements and memory.
We consider that the first level of improvisation is a rapid mobilisation
(gathering and using)of movement stored in memory.
So my questions are :
1) how can dance movement may be encoded?
2) What is the relation between the level of processing in the encoding
operation and the capacity of improvisation ?
3) Have you encountered research or finding which considered the
improvisation in dance from an other point of view ?
I really thanks you if the questions will find an echo.
